Crouch Hill

Crouch Hill is our most recent project, completed in September 2025. Designed by our long-time partner architect, Matteo Sarno, the development brings a sophisticated Italian touch and modern elegance. The project consists of two exquisitely crafted, self-contained flats, carefully designed to optimize space and natural light. As part of the project, a loft conversion was executed to create a new en-suite and WC within the master bedroom of the duplex flat. The loft was super-insulated using eco-friendly wood fibre insulation, with a strong focus on sustainability by reusing existing materials as part of this thoughtful retrofit.
